Hello All,
I am excited to announce the launch of my new blog!
There are so many myths and misunderstandings about EXERCISE and:
• What it achieves and what it doesn’t
• Weight loss and weight maintenance
• How to start and maintain an exercise regimen
• And more!
At the same time, there is a large body of research that has examined these topics. BUT we have a gap between what our culture believes about exercise and what science has found through empirical research. For these reasons, I became motivated to start a blog to help bridge the gap between science and the people.
I will write primarily on the topic of exercise psychology. Using the latest research, I will uncover what science says about relevant exercise topics, trends, and strategies. These topics will involve a wide range of exercise subjects including but not limited to:

• Weight Loss and Weight Maintenance
